Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between ac365 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "you", "the Player", or "the User") who accesses, registers, or uses any service offered through the ac365 platform, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, virtual games, and all related payment, account, and support services.

By completing the registration process, accessing any game, placing any bet, or making any financial transaction through ac365, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of ac365 and not attempt to register or access any service on the platform.

These Terms shall apply alongside any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the ac365 platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by ac365.

ac365 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players by email or via a notice on the ac365 platform. Your continued use of ac365 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of ac365 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. ac365 takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling seriously and applies rigorous age verification procedures to all accounts.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy the following eligibility criteria to hold and use an ac365 account:

• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with ac365 or any other gaming platform.
• You do not hold any existing ac365 account that has been suspended, restricted, or closed by ac365 for any reason.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee or contractor of ac365 or any of its affiliated game suppliers or payment partners.

ac365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age from any player at any time without prior notice. Accepted documents include government-issued national ID cards, valid passports, and Bangladesh driving licences. Players who fail to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe will have their accounts restricted or suspended until verification is completed.

Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed. All deposits made to such an account will be returned to the payment source used, and any winnings or bonus credits accumulated will be forfeited in full.

Account Registration and Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ac365. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change. ac365 is not responsible for any losses or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ac365 username and password. You must not:

• Share your login credentials with any other person for any reason.
• Allow any other individual to access or use your ac365 account.
• Use another player's account or attempt to access any account that does not belong to you.
• Store your login credentials in any insecure location or allow a browser to save them on a shared device.

ac365 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts where available. Any activity carried out using valid login credentials will be treated as having been authorised by the account holder, regardless of whether you personally conducted that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ac365 support immediately at [email protected].

ac365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or for any other reason it deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on ac365 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. ac365 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ac365, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits. Deposits are credited to your ac365 balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. ac365 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the identity information held on your ac365 account.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with ac365 support. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Unverified accounts may experience delays or restrictions on withdrawals until verification is complete. ac365 aims to process approved withdrawals within 15 to 60 minutes during normal operating conditions, though processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

Verification requirements: Before processing any withdrawal, ac365 may require you to submit supporting documentation confirming your identity, address, and ownership of the payment method presented. This may include a copy of your national ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and a screenshot or confirmation of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account details showing your registered name and mobile number.

ac365 will not process withdrawals to payment methods that are not registered in the account holder's own name. Any attempt to withdraw to a third-party account will result in the withdrawal being declined and may trigger a full account security review.

Inactive account fee: An account that has not recorded any login activity or financial transaction for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. ac365 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to such accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

Bonuses and Promotions

ac365 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback rewards, loyalty points, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and must be read carefully before you opt in to or claim any offer.

General bonus conditions that apply to all ac365 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise include the following:

• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified validity period.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or applied to accounts other than the one to which they were originally credited.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time unless ac365 expressly states otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• ac365 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, or to cancel any bonus credited to a player's account, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has exploited, abused, or otherwise manipulated the offer contrary to its intended purpose.
• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players who have previously been found to have abused promotional offers may be excluded from future promotions at ac365's sole discretion.

Seasonal and special promotions tied to Bangladesh cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26) may be offered to eligible players. The terms of any such promotion will be published on the ac365 platform and communicated via email to registered players.

Game Rules and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on ac365 are governed by the rules published by the respective game providers and by ac365's own sports betting rules. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, ac365's records will be treated as the definitive record of all transactions.

Casino games: All casino games available on ac365, including slots, live dealer tables, and virtual games, are sourced from certified third-party providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The random number generators used in these games are independently audited and certified. ac365 does not manipulate game outcomes and does not have access to the underlying RNG systems used by its providers.

Sports betting: Sports betting markets are offered on a wide range of events including but not limited to cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and hockey. Bets are accepted in accordance with the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. ac365 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where the bet was accepted due to a system or pricing error.

Bet voidance: ac365 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed using privileged inside information, in connection with match-fixing or spot-fixing activity, or in circumstances where the integrity of the relevant event is in doubt.

Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on ac365. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by game type, market, and player account status. ac365 reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time.

Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ac365 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. ac365 treats any instance of prohibited conduct with the utmost seriousness and will take immediate action upon detection, including account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Multiple accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered ac365 account.
• Identity fraud: Registering or operating an account using false, fabricated, or another person's identity information.
• Age misrepresentation: Registering an account while under 21 years of age or misrepresenting your age at any point during account use.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, play games, or interact with the ac365 platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer table games, and betting markets.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions, deposit bonuses, or referral schemes in a manner that is contrary to their intended purpose, including through the use of multiple accounts or by placing offsetting bets to guarantee bonus conversion.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal through your bank or payment provider in relation to a deposit made to ac365.
• Money laundering: Using ac365 for the purpose of transferring, concealing, or legitimising funds derived from any illegal activity.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on any event in connection with inside knowledge of a fixed or manipulated outcome.

ac365 employs dedicated fraud prevention and security monitoring systems that operate continuously to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, ac365 reserves the right to freeze the relevant account and withhold all funds pending investigation. The outcome of any such investigation is final and binding.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ac365 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design elements, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of ac365 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ac365 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ac365 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any ac365 software.
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the ac365 platform.
• Use any ac365 brand name, logo, or trademark without prior written consent from ac365.

Any unauthorised use of ac365 intellectual property may result in legal action and the immediate termination of your account and associated licence.

Privacy and Data Protection

ac365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available on the ac365 platform. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ac365 uses your personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity and age verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. Your personal data will not be sold or disclosed to unaffiliated third parties except where required by law, where necessary for fraud prevention purposes, or where you have given explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ac365 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the ac365 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from gambling activity on the platform.
• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside ac365's control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance you place on information, promotional material, or game odds published on the platform.

ac365 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ac365's total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ac365 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes ac365's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

ac365 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and takes active steps to prevent gambling-related harm among its player base. The following tools and policies are in place to support players who wish to manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time alerts: Players may set reminders that notify them when they have been logged in to ac365 for a specified period of time.

Amendments and Termination

ac365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ac365 will provide registered players with at least 7 days' advance notice by email or via a prominent notice on the ac365 platform. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

ac365 may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or a business decision to cease operations in a particular market. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any amounts owed to ac365) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your ac365 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Note that account closure does not affect any legal rights or obligations that arose prior to closure, and ac365 is required to retain certain records for compliance purposes for a period of time after account closure.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ac365's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction, as determined by applicable law in the relevant territory.
